Yoga
The best way to relax your mind, body and soul. This will start
with a morning Yoga session with our experienced Instructor.
Instructor will give you brief knowledge about how to relax
your body and mind through various yoga postures and breathing
techniques.
An Ayurvedic Massage & Shirodhara will be given
after the yoga Session by our therapists from Kerala in the
traditional way. That will help you to relieve you from the
stressed muscles and keep you mentally relaxed.
You can use Steam bath, herbal shower bath or
Herbal feed bath by the evening time to warm up your body.
By the evening a soothing head & foot massage will be provided
with aromatic oils of your choice, that will help you to get
a sound sleep.

A magical treat for the ladies. This will start with a full
body Ayurvedic massage, that will help to relax you, by our
experienced & caressing lady masseurs. A herbal powder body
scrub or udvarthana will be provided for your beautiful skin.
A herbal shower will also be provided to remove the oil from
the skin & also to keep it healthy & fresh.
This magical treat will finish with a floral bath in our steam
bath. You will feel refreshed & rejuvenated after this ultimate
relaxing package.
